Welcome to the Brewtone Tea Colour Survey App ("App"). We are Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 543821 (referred to hereinafter as Yorkshire Tea).

By using this App, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not use this App.

1. Use of the App

• This App is designed for surveying the preferred tea colour of tea drinkers.
• You may upload an image of your cup of tea, which will be analysed to determine its colour.
• You will be asked a few questions about your tea-making preferences, such as brewing time, milk addition, and biscuit choices.

2. Image Handling

• The image you upload will be transmitted to our server for colour analysis purposes only.
• Your uploaded image will be deleted from our servers immediately after the analysis is complete.
• No personal information or personally identifiable data will be collected or stored from the uploaded image.

3. Privacy and Data Collection

• This App does not collect or store any personal information or personally identifiable data.
• The only data collected is the colour of your tea, your responses to the survey questions, and anonymous usage statistics.
• The collected data will be used solely for the purpose of analysing tea colour preferences and improving our services.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that the image you upload does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.
• You must not upload any illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
• You will indemnify us against any liability arising out of your failure to comply with this obligation.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

• The use of this App is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the colour analysis or any other information provided through the App.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all intellectual property rights associated with it are owned by Yorkshire Tea or its affiliates. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
